This cellar was designed and built for utility storage per the client's directives. Shelves can be repositioned at any time to store, a single row of 750s, magnums, or a double row of 750s. A refurbished wine barrel serves as a simple workspace. Custom-depth racks were dedicated for dessert wines under the through-the-wall cooling unit. Another area was designed and fabricated especially to house the collector's Alsace and German inventory.
