This 7000 bottle mahogany cellar design was driven by the collector's inventory requirements and desire for simple aesthetic. Ample aisles, with magnum storage at the end of each, are lit by surface mounted monopoint lights—a constraint of the build out. Case storage is trimmed at the top with a ledge to place bottles. Display is integrated into an endcap workspace. The granite top matches the kitchen work surfaces. Soffits are surfaced with the same solid mahogany as the rack millwork, including the supply air grills.
